A More Personalized Approach to Mental Health Care

At Integrative Mental Health & Wellness, we believe effective mental health care begins with understanding the whole person, not just a diagnosis or collection of symptoms.
We recognize that emotional well-being is influenced by many interconnected factors, including physical health, life experiences, relationships, lifestyle, and nervous system functioning.

Our approach combines traditional psychiatric care with therapy, neurofeedback, and integrative strategies tailored to your individual needs. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, or challenges associated with life transitions, we work collaboratively to identify underlying contributors and develop a personalized path toward healing.

We believe meaningful, lasting change is possible when you feel heard, understood, and actively involved in your care.

A Private-Pay Practice
Integrative Mental Health & Wellness is a private-pay practice and does not bill insurance. This approach allows us to prioritize individualized care, with appointment time and treatment recommendations guided by your needs rather than insurance requirements.

Payment is due at the time of service.

Our Approach to Integrative Mental Health Care

Mental health is influenced by far more than brain chemistry alone. Physical health, past experiences, relationships, lifestyle, and the nervous system all play important roles in how we think, feel, and function.

At Integrative Mental Health & Wellness, we look beyond symptoms to explore the factors that may be contributing to anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, and emotional distress. Our goal is not simply to help you feel better in the moment, but to support meaningful, lasting improvements in your overall well-being.

Treatment is individualized and may include therapy, neurofeedback, nervous system regulation strategies, nutritional and lifestyle interventions, and psychiatric medication management when appropriate.

We also work with individuals who wish to thoughtfully evaluate their current psychiatric medications, including exploring gradual, medically supervised dose reductions or discontinuation when clinically appropriate.

We recognize that healing is not a one-size-fits-all process. Our role is to listen, collaborate, and help you develop a treatment approach that aligns with your needs, preferences, and goals.
